William R. Huffman practices
in the areas of banking
(including documentation of
secured and unsecured
commercial loans),
commercial transactions,
probate, estate planning,
and general commercial
litigation. Mr. Huffman
represents a variety
of clients ranging from
large corporations to
individuals. His
representation of large
corporations includes the
coordination of high profile
multi-state litigation and
discovery matters. He also
assists businesses and
individuals with business
formations,
business documentation,
commercial transactions and
litigation.
Mr. Huffman has handled probate
matters involving the
administration of estates,
matters
involving the elderly and
disabled and estate
planning.
Mr. Huffman graduated from
the University of Michigan
in 1991 with a B.A. degree
in
Economics. He obtained his
law degree in 1994 from
Mississippi College where he
was a member of the Law
Review. Mr. Huffman received
a Masters of Tax Law degree
from Wayne State University
in 1998.
