Steven P. Ross is a founder
and principal partner of the
firm. He concentrates his
practice in various
business, banking and real
estate law specialties
including commercial loan
originations and loan
restructuring (including
multi-bank credits)
pertaining to asset-based
loans, commercial mortgage
construction and end
loan financings, lines of
credit, letters of credit,
factoring, leasing and other
financing vehicles; as well
as loan workouts; commercial
litigation and alternative
dispute resolution; real
estate and business
transactions. Mr. Ross
regularly consults with
lenders, as well as emerging
and established businesses,
regarding their financial
and
business matters.
Mr. Ross earned his law
degree from Boston College
Law School in 1977 where he
was editor-in-chief of the
Boston College International
And Comparative Law Review
(1975-1976). He graduated
with High Distinction from
the University of Michigan
in 1974 with a B.A. degree
in English Language and
Literature. Mr. Ross
serves as a panel
member of the Michigan
Attorney Discipline Board.
He formerly served as a
member of the commercial
panel of mediators for the
Wayne County Mediation
Tribunal and member of the
Real Property Law Section of
the Michigan Bar Association
(committee on Business
Entities and Investment
Vehicles).
