Michael J. Thomas is a

reorganizations; real estate

commercial loan
documentation; creditors'
rights; bankruptcy; loan
workouts; mortgage
foreclosures and commercial
litigation. Mr. Thomas
represents a broad range of
clients including banks, new
and established business
entities, and individuals.
Mr. Thomas graduated With
Distinction from Wayne State
University in 1983 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
He earned his law degree in
1987 and his Masters in Tax
Law in 1994 both from Wayne
State University Law School.
