Michael J. Thomas is a principal partner of the firm. He specializes in his practice in a wide range of commercial matters including business formation, business organizations and management; acquisitions and reorganizations; real estate development; commercial loan documentation; creditors' rights; bankruptcy; loan workouts; mortgage foreclosures and commercial litigation. Mr. Thomas represents a broad range of clients including banks, new and established business entities, and individuals.

Mr. Thomas, who is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, graduated With Distinction from Wayne State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He earned his law degree in 1987 and his Masters in Tax Law in 1994 both from Wayne State University Law School.
