Eric J. Carmichael is a partner of the firm. Mr. Carmichael practices in the general areas of commercial transactions and business law. Mr. Carmichael’s specific areas of practice include: commercial litigation, loan workouts, creditors' rights, receiverships, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosures, loan origination, PACA and business formation/management.

Mr. Carmichael graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A., with high honors, in 2003. He earned his law degree at Wayne State University in 2006. Mr. Carmichael became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 2006, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
